UFNT oferta vagas em cursos gratuitos de português para estrangeiros pela Rede Andifes IsF

A Universidade Federal do Norte do Tocantins (UFNT) participa, pela primeira vez, da Oferta Coletiva 2025.2 da Rede Andifes Idiomas sem Fronteiras (IsF), disponibilizando vagas em cursos on-line e gratuitos de português para estrangeiros. A iniciativa integra universidades federais de todo o país e tem como objetivo promover a internacionalização e o fortalecimento da formação acadêmica e cultural de estudantes estrangeiros.

Ao todo, serão disponibilizadas 600 vagas em diferentes níveis do Quadro Europeu Comum de Referência para Línguas (QECR), abrangendo desde iniciantes (A1) até níveis mais avançados (B2). Os cursos têm carga horária variável entre 16h, 32h e 48h, com duração de quatro a doze semanas, e acontecem de forma síncrona, em ambiente virtual.

Na UFNT, será ofertado o curso “Aspectos da Cultura Brasileira” (nível A1, 48h), voltado a estrangeiros que estão em processo inicial de aprendizado da língua portuguesa. As aulas ocorrerão às segundas e quartas-feiras, das 14h às 16h (horário de Brasília), ministradas por docentes vinculados ao Programa IsF.

Quem pode se inscrever?

O processo seletivo é aberto a estrangeiros em geral, com ou sem vínculo a instituições de ensino superior brasileiras. Estão previstas políticas de ações afirmativas, com reserva de 20% das vagas para candidatos autodeclarados pretos, pardos, indígenas, quilombolas e ciganos, além de vagas para pessoas com deficiência (PcD), conforme legislação vigente.

As inscrições estarão abertas de 22 de agosto, às 12h, até 01 de setembro de 2025, às 12h (horário de Brasília), exclusivamente on-line pelo link:

Os candidatos deverão preencher o formulário eletrônico, anexar documentação exigida (passaporte, RNE/RNM ou CPF, e comprovante de proficiência, quando solicitado) e acompanhar a confirmação por e-mail.

Resultados e início das aulas

A divulgação da lista de inscritos deferidos será feita no dia 18 de setembro de 2025, no site da Andifes. As aulas terão início a partir de 22 de setembro de 2025 e serão realizadas por meio de plataforma digital, com acesso enviado aos participantes selecionados.

Certificação

Os estudantes que obtiverem, no mínimo, 80% de frequência e aproveitamento nas atividades propostas receberão certificado de conclusão emitido pela Rede Andifes IsF, válido para comprovação de proficiência em ofertas futuras.

Governo envia à Assembleia Legislativa Medida Provisória que institui o Programa Tocantins Restaura

O Poder Executivo do Tocantins publicou no Diário Oficial nº 6.881, desta quarta-feira,20, a Medida Provisória (MP) nº 12/2025, que institui o Programa Estadual de Recuperação da Vegetação Nativa – Tocantins Restaura. A iniciativa tem como finalidade estruturar, coordenar e promover a restauração de ecossistemas nativos no território tocantinense, com foco na conservação da biodiversidade, proteção dos recursos hídricos e formação de corredores ecológicos.

Coordenado pela Secretaria do Meio Ambiente e Recursos Hídricos (Semarh), o programa estabelece diretrizes que incluem a mitigação dos efeitos das mudanças climáticas e a captação de recursos públicos e privados para ampliar a efetividade das ações.

Segundo a MP, o Tocantins Restaura abrangerá prioritariamente áreas públicas e privadas em unidades de conservação estaduais, imóveis rurais com passivos ambientais e regiões indicadas no Plano de Recuperação da Vegetação Nativa do Estado.

A medida também prevê que a Semarh poderá definir áreas prioritárias de atuação com base em critérios técnicos, ambientais e socioeconômicos, como bacias hidrográficas estratégicas, regiões sensíveis à perda de biodiversidade e espaços voltados à criação de corredores ecológicos.

A MP também estabelece que todo e qualquer projeto de restauração no estado deve ser avaliado, validado e desenvolvido ou codesenvolvido pela SEMARH, que é a responsável legalmente pela política de restauração no estado.

O secretário do Meio Ambiente e Recursos Hídricos, Marcello Lelis, destacou que a restauração é hoje uma das pautas mais valorizadas da política ambiental no Brasil e no mundo.

Segundo ele, o Tocantins sai na frente ao iniciar o programa Restaura Cantão, com a meta de recuperar 12 mil hectares. O projeto conta com a parceria do setor privado, desenvolvido juntamente com o Fundo Silvania da corretora suíça Mercuria. Além do impacto ambiental, a iniciativa vai gerar empregos, movimentar a economia local e garantir a manutenção dessas áreas nos próximos 40 anos.

Lelis ressaltou ainda que a MP unifica diferentes projetos de recuperação já em andamento, como o Plantando Água, iniciativas privadas e parcerias internacionais, transformando-os em um plano único para todo o Estado. “É uma ação que é bem-vinda por todos os setores, tanto o de produção como o de preservação”, complementou Lelis.

A Medida Provisória entra em vigor na data de sua publicação, mas precisa ser apreciada pela Assembleia Legislativa para ser convertida em lei.

O mais novo investimento da construtora araguainense M21 tem como sócios locais os empresários Jeremias Demito, do Grupo Demito; Edivaldo Campelo, do Grupo Campelo; Edson Coelho, da construtora Vale do Norte; Alberto Aguiar, da Play Participações; e Tiago Valtuille, do Grupo Concrenorte, parceria que confere ainda mais credibilidade para o novo condomínio vertical de Araguaína.

Conforme explica o sócio proprietário da M21, Rafael Faria, o Vértice será o primeiro edifício da cidade projetado para atender o mercado de locação por temporadas, modelo em franco crescimento no país e mediado por plataformas online, como Airbnb e Booking, por exemplo.

“Há anos que Araguaína demanda imóveis para esse modelo de negócios. Todos os meses, milhares de pessoas passam pela nossa cidade e buscam alternativas de hospedagem quando a rede hoteleira não consegue comportar o fluxo de visitantes, e isso é mais comum do que podemos imaginar. Por isso, o Vértice vem inaugurar esse segmento tão próspero”, destaca Rafael.

Mercado promissor

O mercado brasileiro de aluguel por temporada mostrou um crescimento robusto nos últimos anos e com projeções otimistas para os próximos. O setor movimentou R$ 12,4 bilhões em 2025, com crescimento anual projetado de 11,2% até 2030, segundo dados da Organização Mundial do Turismo (OMT). O relatório consolida informações sobre o desempenho das principais plataformas online, rentabilidade por região e tendências do mercado.

Na comparação com aluguel tradicional, o aluguel por temporada traz uma rentabilidade até três vezes maior, cerca de 1,4% ao mês. Hoje, esses tipos de imóveis detêm 15% do mercado de imóveis para locação.

Na plataforma Booking, por exemplo, de abril a junho de 2025, o crescimento no número de locações foi de 61% se comparado ao mesmo período de 2024.

Previsto para ser concluído em 36 meses, o Vértice terá 20 andares e 198 apartamentos, cerca de 11 por andar. Os imóveis atendem uma tendência de mercado: compactos e funcionais, oferecendo opções de 22 a 46 metros quadrados. O Valor Geral de Vendas previsto para o empreendimento é de R$ 92 milhões.

Um dos diferenciais do Vértice é o rol de serviços que será oferecido em formato de galeria, logo na entrada do edifício. A previsão é ofertar minimercado, espaço coworking, lavanderia, restaurante, SPA, sport bar, entre outros negócios.

A localização é outro ponto de destaque no mercado: na Rua Mariana, no Setor Beira Lago, a poucos metros da Via Lago e do Lago Center Shopping de Araguaína.

“Existe uma demanda de investidores para este tipo de imóvel para locação por temporada. São pessoas que já tem negócios na cidade, possuem outros imóveis e querem diversificar seus investimentos. Mas o Vértice também será totalmente preparado para pessoas que decidirem morar nele ou alugar pelo modelo tradicional”, pontua Rafael.
